World gets 1st diesel to electric converted locomotive, as PM Modi flags it off

After PM Narendra Modi show green flag in Varanasi, the world gets its first diesel to an electric converted locomotive today. During the flag off ceremony PM Modi inspected the electric locomotive converted from a diesel engine at Diesel Locomotive Works. After flagging off the locomotive he interacted with the differently abled persons at the DLW campus. He will also launch projects worth Rs 3,300 crore in the city.
