BJP MP Subramanian Swamy targeted his own government over the silence on attacks on Hindus by radical Islamists in Bangladesh. "Are we afraid of Bangladesh? After the fear of Chinese aggression in Ladakh, we are cowed by Taliban take over of Afghanistan and want to talk with them. Will we be next afraid of Maldives?" the BJP MP tweeted. He asked why the BJP was not protesting against the "genocide of Hindus".
