West Bengal Governer Jagdeep Dhankhar is NDA's candidate for the post of the Vice President of India, BJP chief JP Nadda announced on Saturday evening. Making the announcement, Nadda lauded Dhankhar as a "kisan-putra" (son of farmer) who, he said, established himself as a "people's governor".
