India's PM Modi has made 92 trips to 57 countries since May 2014. He has flown abroad nearly twice as much as his predecessor Manmohan Singh in 5 years. His foreign trips gained criticism from few. A closer look shows his arrival in each foreign capital made a symbolic statement about New Delhi's world outlook. He also repeatedly met leaders of Japan & Russia who provided much-needed industrial investment & defence technology.
