Condemning the Taliban`s decision to prohibit girls from attending school beyond the sixth grade, United States ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield said that the decision jeopardizes Afghanistan`s future and its role in the international community. US State Department`s special representative for Afghan women, Rina Amiri, also condemned the decision as she said that the move was not incidental.
