Rape of minor is rape, but rape of married woman is different: UP Minister

Hear out what UP minister Upendra Tiwari's take on rape, he says- 'Rape has its nature. If a minor gets raped then it can be considered as a rape case; on the other hand, if a married woman aged 30-35 is raped, then the case is different. Rape has a different nature.' He adds-at times when people in a relationship allege they have been raped after a few years, so here the matter is different from the minor rape case.
