Tihar Jail authorities refuse to present Yasin Malik before the court

The Tihar jail authorities refused to present the Kashmiri separatist leader before the court citing the order given by the ministry of home affairs. Yasin Malik is under trial for killing 4 officers of Indian Air force and for the kidnapping of Rubaiya Sayeed, the daughter of then Home Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed. The jail authorities said to the TADA court in Jammu that Yasin can be presented via video conferencing.
