BJP MLA CK Raulji who was on the panel that recommended the release of 11 convicts who gang-raped Bilkis Bano and killed her child, on Thursday said that they were released because they are Brahmins and men of Good Sanskaar. As per the report by Mojo Story, he also said, "Their conduct in jail was good."
