Taiwan conveys 'sincere gratitude' to 50 nations, including India for stand against China

Taiwan on Sunday said it will continue to enhance its self-defence capabilities while maintaining close coordination with all like-minded nations, including India, to jointly preserve the rules-based international order and safeguard security across the Taiwan Strait. This statement came in the wake of tensions in the Taiwan Strait following US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s visit to the self-ruled island.
