Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma took a jibe at Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) supremo Sharad Pawar after the latter attacked PM Narendra Modi for standing with Israel in the ongoing Israel-Hamas war. When asked about Pawar's criticism of the government for standing with Israel on Wednesday, Sarma told ANI, "I think Sharad Pawar will send Supriya (Sule) to Gaza to fight for the Hamas."
