Sadhvi Pragya removed from defence panel after controversial 'deshbhakt Godse' remark

Sadhvi Pragya, the BJP MP from Bhopal, who fuelled the agitation of the opposition as well as the citizens after calling Nathuram Godse, the murderer of Mahatma Gandhi, a patriot has been removed from the Consultative Committee on Defence. She has been also banned from BJP parliamentary party meetings. This was the second time that Sadhvi irked the citizens by hailing Godse as a 'desh bhakt'(patriot).
