A reporter who published a story on US President Trump’s Thanksgiving plans with misleading information has been sacked. As per the Newsweek reporter’s article, Donald Trump instead of visiting troops in Afghanistan would be "tweeting" and "golfing" during Thanksgiving even though his trip has been announced. The reporter has admitted it was her fault after a huge backlash as Newsweek was quick in damage control.
