Relatives attacked Kanaka Durga, who created history by entering Sabarimala

Kanaka Durga was one of the two women to enter Sabarimala hill temple in Kerala, for the first time in many centuries. However, she was attacked by her relatives after returning home and at present, she is hospitalized. Earlier her family disowned her and her husband filed a missing person report. The other women that entered Sabarimala are also receiving threats from the protesters and had gone into hiding.
