Ravi Shankar Prasad calls Anti-CAA resolution by Kerala govt unconstitutional

A day after Kerala Assembly passed a resolution against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), Ravi Shankar Prasad retaliated saying "There is a Constitutional obligation on every state to exercise the executive power in such a way that ensures compliance with laws made by Parliament." He also said the states have a constitutional duty of implementing the laws passed by Parliament and called Kerala's move unconstitutional.
