The will of Queen Elizabeth II's will remain sealed and locked in a safe for at least 90 years. The practice of sealing the wills of dead royals dates back to 1910. The earliest will in the safe belongs to Prince Francis of Teck. Under the convention, after the death of a senior royal, the executor applies to the head of the Family Division of the London Supreme Court to seal the will.
