In a bid to mark the milestone of India administering over a billion Covid-19 vaccine doses, Prime Minister Narendra Modi changed the profile picture of his Twitter account. "A journey from anxiety to assurance has been completed," the PM said while lauding the efforts of health experts in carrying out the nationwide vaccination successfully.
