PM Modi arrived in Delhi after meeting ISRO scientists in Bengaluru. While addressing an event in the national capital, PM Modi spoke BRICS Summit and Chandrayaan 3. During the same event, a person reportedly collapsed while PM Narendra Modi addressed the crowd. Soon after the person collapsed, PM Modi asked his team of doctors to check on the person and even advised them to look after the man.
