The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights has issued a notice Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi over viral video in which kids were abusing PM Narendra Modi. The children were shouting slogans like 'Chownkidaar chor hai' in the presence of Priyanka, who was seen laughing and they further abusive language. While the politician was seen stopping kids for their 2nd slogan, called their initial slogan better.
