Although Shiv Sena, Congress' new ally in Maharashtra, has slammed Rahul Gandhi for his "I'm not Rahul Savarkar" remark, another alliance partner of Congress in the state NCP has backed Rahul, saying “everyone cannot agree on everything”. The Congress leader had irked its new ally in Maharashtra after he refused to apologize for his “rape in India” comment, claiming his name was “Rahul Gandhi, not Rahul Savarkar”.
