Mumbai magistrate court summons Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in a defamation case

The Mumbai magistrate court has summoned Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in a defamation case. This was filed by a BJP leader, Mahesh Shrishrimal over his remark against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This was about the remark he stated and even wrote on Twitter. The summon was issued on 28th August which directed the Congress MP from Wayanad to appear, either in person or through his lawyer, on 3rd October.
