Ministry of Civil Aviation: Centre decides to go with disinvestment process of Air India

With continued support from the government, Air India's financial and operational performances have improved. And so the centre has decided to go ahead with the disinvestment process of Air India, the ministry of civil aviation said. The CCEA had in-principle approved the consideration for strategic disinvestment of Air India and its 5 subsidiaries. The AISAM was constituted by CCEA for this purpose.
