Man booked for canceling food order due to delivery boy's caste and religion

Amit Shukla from Madhya Pradesh has been slammed by people all across the country for canceling a Zomato food over because of the religion and caste of the delivery boy. Shukla has now been booked for this offense under IPC sections 107 and 116 of CrPC for hurting religious sentiments. There was no official complaint against Shukla, but the police took action as a preventive measure to prevail peace in the area.
