Law student in SIT custody for accusing Chinamayanand of rape

A 23-year old law student had accused UP BJP leader Swami Chinmayanand of sexual misconduct has harassment. She has now been taken into custody by a Special Investigation Team (SIT) on charges of extortion and blackmail after Chinmayanand accused her and 2 of her cousins of demanding Rs 5 crore from him. The woman had posted a request for an anticipatory bail in the district court when SIT picked her up.
