Kashmiri Pandits move to SC supporting abrogation of Article 370

Two Kashmiri Pandits, Tej Kumar Moza and Karishma Tej Kumar Moza and All India Kashmiri Samaj, an apex body formed by Kashmiri Pandits have now moved to Supreme Court backing the recent decision of Central Government to abrogate Article 370 dividing Jammu & Kashmir into two Union Territories. The applicants supported the Presidential Order of abrogating Article 370 and the Jammu & Kashmir Reorganisation Act.
