Facebook mentioned Kashmir as a separate country in one of its blog posts that listed countries & regions targeted by an Iranian network. They apologised for their mistake & removed the reference which included 513 pages, groups & accounts for engaging in 'coordinated inauthentic' behavior as part of multiple networks tied to Iran. The account owners often used fake accounts to impersonate real political groups.
