Karnataka assembly to have 52 first-timer MLAs in the house

15th Karnataka assembly will have 181 members and among them, 92 members have been re-elected while 52 first-timers will be there roaring to induce some new thoughts and fresh ideas. Among 52 first-timers 22 are from BJP, 19 belong to Congress and 8 are from the Janata Dal (Secular). There were 219 women candidates and 7 came out victorious and 4 of them belong to Congress while 3 of them are from BJP.
