J&K governor Satya Pal Malik uplifts the restrictions on the movement of civilian traffic on Jammu-Srinagar national highway from May 27. J&K had earlier reduced the number of days from 2 to 1 to allow civilian traffic after Pulwama terror attacks. Security forces were required for anti-militancy operations & smooth conduct of elections. Elaborate arrangements were made to facilitate public movement during the restricted time.
