ISIS Chief Baghdadi appears in a propaganda video first time in 5 years

ISIS chief Abu-Bakr-al-Baghdadi appeared for the 1st time in a propaganda video released by the jihadist organization. It's unclear when the footage was filmed. He appeared for 1st & last time in Mosul in public in 2014, where he declared an Islamic caliphate of swathes of territory in IS held in Syria & Iraq. Later he was reportedly injured/killed multiple times. His last voice recording was released in Aug to his supporters.
