The first United Arab Emirates-bound direct commercial flight took off from Israel on Monday after the signing of a historic peace agreement between the two countries. The flight took off from Ben Gurion International Airport near Tel Aviv. A joint US-Israeli delegation onboard Flight 971 of Israel's national carrier El Al left for UAE. The US delegation was led by Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump's son-in-law.
