After 2 months, IAF for the 1st time acknowledged the details of Balakot airstrike. The major highlights were that Pak was completely stunned, took 10 mins to scramble the jets & was late to take actions. The positives of the review were the accuracy of intelligence, target selection, proficiency & skills of pilots & accuracy of weapons. The negatives are unfavourable weather conditions & the entire package wasn't delivered.
