During a signing ceremony in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Britain's King Charles expressed his frustration at a leaky pen. When a pen he was using leaked on his hand, he said, "Oh god I hate this (pen)" handing the pen to his wife and Queen Consort Camilla. "I can't bear this bloody thing... every stinking time," Charles said as he walked away. This is the second pen-related incident the new monarch has faced this week.
