An inquiry done by the CBI has revealed that the girls in the government-run shelter home in Bihar's Muzaffarpur were forced to do a vulgar dance on Bhojpuri songs to seduce guests. A 73-page charge sheet filed exposed that the girls in the shelter home were drugged and then rapped by the guests of the main accused, the politically well-connected Brajesh Thakur, who operated the shelter for several years.
