A fresh diplomatic row between UK and the US over the death of teenager Harry Dunn has flared up. Washington is furious as UK police put international wanted notice out for Anne Sacoolas, American woman charged over Harry’s death last year. Dunn was killed when his motorbike collided with a car outside a US military base. Sacoolas, wife of a US intelligence official based, claimed diplomatic immunity after the crash.
