Bolivia's interim government has accused former President Evo Morales of terrorism and sedition for his alleged role in instigating unrest. They claim Morales masterminded roadblocks to prevent food from entering the cities. The left-wing politician belonging to Bolivia's indigenous community escaped to Mexico after the army asked him to quit. Violent protests have rattled parts of the country since his resignation.
