Jennifer Newstead, a Trump appointed legal advisor at the State Department, has been hired by the social media giant Facebook as its new General Counsel as it faces scrutiny from governments all over the world over how it manages content & data on its sprawling social network. FB CEO Sheryl Sandberg said that Jennifer is a seasoned leader whose global experience will fulfil our mission. FB's new VP is John Pinette.
