Indirectly referring to Aryan Khan, who has been in Mumbai`s Arthur Road jail since October 8 in connection with the drugs on cruise case, Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Ramdas Athawale on Wednesday said people caught consuming drugs should be sent to rehabilitation centres instead of jail and there must be a change in this law.
