Cisco working with Kashmir govt to develop social media apps blocker

After a few months of internet shutdown, Kashmir authorities gave the region access to 2G network. However, even that access was limited to just certain sites. According to a new report, Cisco is now working with the Kashmir government to develop a solution that will block social media apps. Many sites have been blacklisted, and the authorities are testing ways to sustain the ban on such banned site.
