China: People can take flight and trains based on their social credit system

China will start applying so-called social credit system to flight and trains in order to avoid people who have committed misdeed in the past or have committed acts like spreading false rumours about terrorism. These rules issued by National Development and Reform Commission would come to effect on May 1. The move will help in building social credit system based on “once untrustworthy, always restricted”.
