Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said that if National Register of Citizens were implemented in the capital, Manoj Tiwari would be the first one to leave Delhi. BJP MP Manoj Tiwari called Kejriwal's comment disgraceful & said Kejriwal's comment betrays his belief that those from outside Delhi have no right to live in the union territory. Tiwari said NRC is about illegal immigration & aims at those who entered the country unlawfully.
