Ahead of polls, Facebook removed pages linked to Cong & Pak army

Just 10 days before the commencement of Lok Sabha polls in India the social media platform Facebook has removed several pages from its site. The removed pages include 103 accounts on Facebook and Instagram that are originated in Pakistan linked to the Pakistani military and nearly 700 pages linked to Congress due to lack of authenticity. These pages were pushing spams more than spreading fake content, as claimed by Fb.
