After 5 months, US resumes premium processing of H-1B visas

5 months after temporarily suspending processing of H-1B visas, the US has resumed premium processing in all categories and also for the 20,000 additional petitions for workers with US degrees. Visa cap has been set at 65,000 for the financial year 2018. In April service was suspended due to a large number of applications. H-1B visa is highly popular among Indians as its a type of work visa in the US for foreign workers.
