A Petition filed in Bihar against 49 intellectuals who wrote to PM Modi over mob lynchings

A petition was filed in Bihar court by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha against 49 eminent citizens under different IPC sections related to sedition, hurting religious feelings, etc., who wrote a letter to PM Modi on the lynching of minorities and hate crimes a few days back. Ojha has named actress Kangana Ranaut, directors Madhur Bhandarkar & Vivek Agnihotri as witnesses, who are among the 61 personalities to counter the letter.
