French investigators are probing a conman, Gilbert Chikli, who faked himself to be working with France's defense minister and duped nearly $90 million by convincing heads-of-state, clergy, business figures, large charities, and others. He used a custom-made silicone mask of France's defense minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and sit behind a desk in a room to give a feel of a ministerial office and does video-chat with target.
