13 traffic courts abolished in Delhi

Content HeadThe Delhi High Court came down hard on traffic-related cases in New Delhi and directed abolition of 13 traffic courts with effect from Monday which has over 55,000 cases pending in the national capital. These pending cases of traffic court will now be treated as regular matters and would be taken by regular magisterial courts. The move comes after magistrates of traffic courts filed several complaints.
