Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, while presenting the Budget 2023, said the government will set up 100 labs for developing apps using 5G services in engineering institutions. The Central government will focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and the three centers for excellence for AI will enable "Make AI for India" to "Make AI work for India", Sitharaman said.
