Shatrughan Prasad Sinha (born July 15, 1946) is an Indian politician and actor. He served in the Lok Sabha (2009–2014, 2014–2019) and the Rajya Sabha (1996–2002, 2002–2008) representing Patna Sahib. In the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government, he was a Union Cabinet Minister for Health and Family Welfare and Shipping. From 2014 until 2019, he served on the standing committee on transportation, tourism, and culture, as well as the consultative committee in the Ministry of External Affairs and Overseas Indian Affairs.
