According to reports, an explosion at a weapons depot in a rebel-held town in northwestern Syria killed at least 39 civilians, including a dozen children. Bulldozers were used by rescue workers to remove rubble and extract people trapped in two buildings flattened by the explosion in Sarmada, Idlib province.
