Gal Gadot-Varsano (born 30 April 1985) is an Israeli model and actress. She was crowned Miss Israel 2004 at the age of 18. She then served two years as a soldier in the Israel Defense Forces before enrolling in the IDC Herzliya college and pursuing her modelling and acting careers. Gadot's first international film role was as Gisele Yashar in Fast & Furious, a role she later reprised in several sequels to the film franchise. She went on to become a global celebrity for her role as Wonder Woman in the DC Extended Universe.
