Poonam Dhillon (born 18 April 1962) is an Indian politician and actress. She was a Femina Miss India in 1977 and is best known for her 1979 film Noorie. Dhillon appeared on Bigg Boss in 2009. In 2013, she portrayed Sharda Modi in the Sony TV series Ekk Nayi Pehchaan. She has performed in theatre, beginning with the award-winning "The Perfect Husband" and continuing with many other plays, the most recent of which was "The Perfect Wife," which had several performances in the United States and Dubai.
