Yogi Adityanath announces COVID-care fund for UP

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced the launch of a new 'UP COVID-Care Fund', which he claims has been introduced in order to boost the health service in the state. This fund will help in the development of more testing labs. The Yogi government also aims to start manufacturing unit for PPE kits, N95 masks, and ventilators to fight the coronavirus outbreak. Currently, 8 labs are functional.
